What we believe in

01
Progress. We're optimistic about the opportunity of AI. We're innovators who promote curiosity and learning, both as a company towards AI and internally as team members.
02
Collaboration. Being kind and fostering psychological safety is a prerequisite for success. We invite feedback and comments from others, because work gets better if done together.
03
Transparency. Transparency supports trust and opens up the opportunity for feedback and improvement. It also makes it easier to move to same direction together.
04
Accountability. Organisations need to take responsibility of their actions and how they impact people, society and the world as a whole. We take responsibility for our actions, and deliver on our promises.
05
Diversity. We value the different viewpoints, lived experiences, and expertise a diverse team can bring. We come from a variety of backgrounds and locations and are united by a shared mission to make AI safer.
